THE HEAD CHEF
Our Chef, Iosif Beintaris is a 2001 graduate of Le Monde culinary institute Athens.
Working in the Greek capital at famous fine dining restaurants followed by the co operation with luxury hotels in Santorini and Mykonos as both a Head Chef and an Executive Chef.
His dedication on cooking led him abroad to Miami and France, where he worked alongside various renowned Michelin star Chefs.
He returned as a restaurant owner to Athens,his birthplace.
But his love for Cyclades, especially Naxos has brought him to our island. Naxos enchantment held him here, as he focused on one of the most innovative restaurants on the island.
His passion for sharing the value of local ingredients and traditional food has inspired his decision to offer this unique gastronomic experience to lovers of the island-its inhabitants and visitors.
